My name is Sonia Decker and I am a Certified Circle of Life Health and Wellness Coach.  I have been on the healing path for over 25 years and I have had extensive training in different health and wellness modalities, counseling, expressive arts therapy, and teaching.  In 1994, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Colitis.  I was told by doctors that I would always be sick, be on medication the rest of my life and that eventually, I would get cancer and have my colon taken out.  I chose not to believe this.  I changed my whole way of eating and thinking and I have been disease-free ever since!

Also, I believe that we all have a "spark within" us that is just waiting to be ignited.  That "spark" may be a dream or calling to do something very special.  Maybe we turned away from that "spark within" when we were little children or maybe life's circumstances caused us to give up and plunge forward in our life without truly listening to what it is we really want.  When I connect with the "spark within" me, my world opens up into such an expansive one.

I believe in the The Circle of Life approach to changing lives because it deals with all of the aspects of your life.  You get to go within yourself and see what it is you would like to change or see differently and then take action steps to get there.  It is very empowering to make changes to your life, instead of being a victim to life's circumstances.  The self-care, mind/body exercises that you will practice in the sessions are a wonderful way to relieve stress.
